Springfield contract manufacturing shop has the resources and experience to handle your most demanding waterjet machining requirements. We have six 5 & 6 axis waterjet systems available 24 hours a day for job shop work so machine capacity isn't a constraint for us. Since we also build waterjet systems – if we need more capacity – we'll just build another system.

Our president and chief engineer has over 20 years of waterjet machining experience, making him one of the pioneers of the industry. The experience of our engineers, programmers and technicians allows us to develop productive, repeatable waterjet processes, often drastically improving our customers' productivity.

Springfield has state of the art inspection and CAD/CAM capabilities. We can quickly generate waterjet machining CNC programs from your CAD models no matter what CAD software you use. Don't have a CAD model? No problem! We can create CNC programs from drawings or by scanning the part on our CMM.

Springfield also has the use of resources at our sister companies: Huffman Corporation and Huffman Technologies, LLC, including 5-axis grinding and laser welding and cladding.
